The weekly Evidence Brief starts
One short email a week: one new trial finding, one price or coverage change, and one link into a topic hub. Written for readers over 50 by a publication that takes no money from anyone it covers. You can subscribe from any page, and each issue is logged here.
Heart and Memory hubs published
Ten new evidence pieces across two topics. Heart covers blood pressure, statins and cholesterol, aspirin for prevention, and diet and exercise. Memory covers dementia risk factors, exercise, diet, and the brain-health supplements that fail in trials. Every figure traces to a named trial, and every source was checked against the original paper.
A plainer, faster site
The whole site moved to a clean reading layout with no ads, no pop-ups, and no webfont tracking. The point is to get out of the way of the evidence.
Three new topics beyond GLP-1s
Hair loss, sleep after 50, and joints and osteoarthritis each launched as a full hub: a pillar guide plus four deeper pieces, built from randomized trials and the major clinical guidelines. The site was also reorganized by topic, so each subject has one place to start.
StudyBackedHealth launches
The site goes live with our scoring methodology, the GLP-1 clinical trials directory, and our first comparison guide. Provider reviews publish only when each review is complete, and the site takes no money from any company it covers.
