Missouri has expanded Medicaid, so adults earning up to about 138% of the federal poverty level generally qualify for the program.

On Medicare in Missouri?
Traditional Medicare has generally not covered GLP-1s for weight loss alone. But a federal Medicare GLP-1 "Bridge" demonstration starts July 1, 2026, roughly $50/month for Wegovy or Zepbound for obesity, in participating plans. Coverage can also apply when the drug is prescribed for a covered condition such as heart disease. This is national, so it applies to Missouri residents on Medicare the same as anywhere else.
How to get GLP-1 in Missouri
